Many of the people that we talk with have no clue that they may qualify for a government program, program created by their lender or what other options may be available to them besides just allowing their home to go into foreclosure.
Everything in this site is available from a major source such as the HUD (Housing and Urban Development) governmental agency or the California Association of Realtors (CAR). Anyone who is reading this that finds themselves in a financial hardship or a potential future hardship should immediately contact a FREE HUD counselor and consult the advise of your tax accountant or attorney to aid you in your decision making process. Other scams may charge you but the actual HUD counselors do not charge and have all of the knowledge about programs available that you may qualify for. Realtors are not in the position to provide you any of these services but can list your property for sale should that need arise.
