My 4 month old son can no go without wearing socks. The Dr said its completely normal. He freaks out every time I change him or get him ready for a bath. How long is this going to last? Is there anyway I can ease him out of this period? Does anyone else’s body have a certain piece of clothing they have to wear or they freak?
While you were breastfeeding when did your period came back? Nine weeks ago I gave the birth to my son and I am still breastfeeding but today I just discovered that my period came back.Is that too soon?
Does anyone have suggestions for morning routines? No matter how quiet I am, my children hear me when I come downstairs–I try to get up before them both to get ready for work but they wake up and cling to me until I have to walk out the door. I am almost ready to go to work in my PJ’s and get ready there!
Hey all, I have a question. At what point does one see a doctor about TTC? I know that it takes "awhile", and I would be perfectly fine with that…except that for the past 4 months of trying, I’ve been late 2x, and that’s becoming pretty horrible.
I am now at Day 37 of a USUALLY regular 30-Day cycle, I’ve tested 3x, all w/ BFNs. In January, I was ELEVEN days late…I think it would be easier if I was just on time!! In both Feb and March, 30 days and AF showed. This month, it’s been awful, with LOTS of preggo symptoms that I ‘ve tried to ignore but can’t, and I’m trying not to get too obsessed…but it’s not easy! This morning’s BFN has pushed me over the edge ~ I just hope I’m "working properly" LOL…
After having a C-section, my stomach now puckers in the center due to the fact that when my doctor stitched my stomach, there was A LOT more skin there. Anybody have any suggestions short of a tummy tuck?!
Hopefully someone besides me has had or atleast heard of this problem!! I had my son on 3-26 after a 24 hour labor and 3 hours of pushing. This is my 2nd child, my dd is 19 months and was an easy delivery and recovery. About 8 hours after having Andrew I decided I needed to pee, well….I couldn’t. Nothing at all, not even a drop. So the nurses chalked it up to me still being drugged from the epidural etc. and put a catheter in. Well 8 hours later they took it out and told me to try to push fluids and try to pee every 2 hours. Again, after 6 hours, nothing. My stomach was hurting, my back was cramping and I felt like crap. So the dr. comes in and says I may have some nerve damage to my bladder and puts me back on the catheter and sends me home. So here it is 10 days later and I got to take the cath out this morning but still have trouble peeing. I can drink a ton of water but have no real feeling of having to go and when I can it’s only a very little bit that comes out. Anyone ever heard of this? I’ve got to call the dr. back at 2pm and let him know how things are going but I can’t walk around with a catheter attached to me forever and I know if I tell him I’m having trouble that he will put it back in. Hope this wasn’t tmi, just hoping I’m not the only one who’s ever had this happen! Thanks for reading!
I have a six month almost seventh month old who I am breastfeeding. We have introduced strained veggies, oatmeal and juices. I find that she is wanting to breastfeed less and less these days. Is that normal? I was planning to ween in a few weeks, because she has a tooth and has been biting since day one. I’m a little sad, but I was just wondering if anyone has ever gone through this before
