So…you’ve completed a purchase of property and are ready to get your $8,000 tax credit from the Federal Government. Before filing your return electronically to the IRS so you can get that money quickly…you may want to keep reading.
The IRS website states that you must file a paper return, not electronic, due to the increased number of “compliance checks” by the IRS.
