C4HAP – Community Foreclosure
I have created a search in our MLS to help lenders/buyers understand which homes they are looking at, might actually qualify for the C4HAP program in Shasta County.These homes in this search are listed for $190,000 or less and are bank owned. The lines I’ve drawn for the Census Tracts are approximate and not exactly down the middle of the street, but this will get buyers a lot closer to understanding where to look. Also, take a look at the map I’ve created to get a good idea yourself. Please use this as a guide and not an absolute. There are other criteria that must be met. You can find more information or find out how to prequalify about the program here. I think this is as close as anyone will be able to get it.
